Positive Steps is the ONLY company I trust to help my child. As a first time Mom, the small things can be stressful. When my daughter was showing signs of Torticollis, I was able to immediately make an appointment at Positive Steps for help. Not only was my physical therapist able to help with providing me stretches and exercises, she was willing to take the time to offer suggestions for my daughter's poor sleeping habits. While I have worked at Positive Steps for many years, I was able to still receive professional treatment from the moment I walked in the door!! I have had no issues with the billing department and was able to change insurance plans within the course of treatment without difficulties. I would recommend Positive Steps for any child in need!

My experiences at Positive Steps Therapy were nothing but positive. No pun intended. I have been treated there multiple times for sports related injuries and the staff was always helpful and friendly. My recovery was not only quick but fun. The experiences were built flawlessly to make therapy enjoyable and kid-friendly. We never had any problems when it came to billing which took away stress at an anxious time. Would recommend this company to anyone who's child needs any sort of therapy.

I have never felt it necessary to post a review of a company before my experience with Positive Steps Therapy. However, I felt it best for others to be aware of the dishonesty of this company.nMy daughter was a patient for physical therapy after an injury. When we were billed for our coinsurance, I submitted regular and timely payments for 3 months. They never applied the payments to our account (despite always cashing the checks) and attempted to send the account to collections despite the hundreds of dollars that I paid them. I had to call and leave numerous messages over a period of 30 days before anyone bothered to help. It took another 30 days for them to properly apply the payments and I still haven't received a correct statement of account. The owner tried to use the terminal illness of someone as a reason that they were unable to post payments. She claimed that she refused to hire someone to replace said person. This person was not the biller or even in the billing department. She apparently believes that it is acceptable to attempt to wrongfully send accounts to collections because she (admittedly!) refused to hire adequate staff. Also, what kind of person uses the mortal suffering of another as an excuse to participate in suspicious billing policies? This business is unprofessional and dishonorable at best. Had anyone sent me a corrected billing statement or even admitted that they messed up the account, I would have let this go and chalked it up to an inexperienced or incapable billing department. Instead, the billing clerk chose to act as if she had done nothing wrong (going so far as to try to refuse to give me her name and saying that she didn't understand why I was even upset about this) and the owner paraded out the suffering of others to her benefit. Appalling.

In contradiction to this other user's post, I strongly recommend Positive Steps Therapy LLC. I was a patient for physical therapy for tendonitis of the achilles, and I will strongly acclaim the wonderful and helpful staff that helped me to a speedy recovery back to my journey to competitive dance. I would also like to claim how the billing and financing of my appointments were never a problem to my family at all.nSigned,nA loyal customer
