I have been receiving physical therapy at the Allison Park Hess Physical Therapy Center since my recent knee replacement surgery. I have found the office staff (Allison) to be very helpful in scheduling appointments to coincide with my schedule. She is a friendly face to greet you as you enter. Erick, the Physical therapist is very knowledgeable and caring. He has an uncanny ability to push you in your exercises without going over your threshold of pain. He takes the time to fully explain each exercise so that you understand its purpose and the correct positions to stay within when executing. He adapts your daily treatment to match your ability and pain level at each session. He masterfully manages the PT for several clients at a time without loosing his focus on any single person. I highly recommend this site for any PT needs you may have.

I cannot say enough good things about the Hess P.T. Allison Park office. The whole experience from working with Allison, at the front desk, to Dr. Eric. Dr. Eric is so very knowledgeable, patient and he motivates and challenges me at every session. He is always so positive and encouraging. After a month with Dr. Eric, I feel vast improvement because of his personalized instruction and stretching and exercise recommendations. I am so very pleased with my treatment and progress. I highly recommend Dr. Eric and Hess P.T.!!

I have been attending physical therapy with Dr. Eric at Hess Physical therapy for four weeks. Dr. Eric has done an outstanding job. He is very knowledgable and patient. He did an evaluation of my condition and tailored my exercises to my individual needs and weaknesses. As time went on, he changed up my exercises to challenge me and build my strength. His personalized instruction has been instrumental in my improvement on the road to recovery. Additionally, Allison at the front desk is very friendly and helpful when scheduling appointments. I would strongly recommend Dr. Eric to anyone in need of physical therapy.

I have been being treated by Dr. Eric ever since I had a knee replacement. Dr. Eric and Allison are wonderful and they make you feel more like a friend than a patient. I had gone to another PT and I didn't get the results that I expected to get. When my PT Krista came to my home after I returned home from my knee replacement she had suggested Hess Physical Therapy in Allison Park and I'm so glad she did.nnDr. Eric does a wonderful job explaining what he is doing, he is a hands on PT and keeps me going so that I will achieve the goals we have both agreed upon. I will be having another knee replacement and would not want to go to anyone else for my therapy except Dr. Eric. I highly recommend Dr. Eric to anyone that needs physical therapy, he is a very dedicated individual that cares about his patients.

I have been a patient there since 10/7/20. Eight visits thus far. I have several tears to the tendons in the right shoulder Rotator Cuff. I brought my MRI for Eric to review and he assured me that things could get better with PT under his care. I have a lot of confidence in his expertise with getting me a lot better than I am now. I made progress after just several visits and I can sleep on that shoulder without pain for the first time in about 18 months. Eric has very good interpersonal skills with his patients and really cares about their progress. He is a real asset to Hess PT. I look forward to going to PT and working with him to become much more functional than I have been. I would also like to mention how nice and efficient Allison Ambrose is with scheduling flexibility. She too is a good reflection on Hess PT. I will recommend friends to come and get treatment there as well.nTom Brindle
