This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life! The whole staff is rude and incapable of doing their job correctly! I would recommend everyone transfer their script out of this nightmare store asap! The pharmacy manager Kerry is one of the rudest people I've spoken to! How dare they treat patient the way they do and delay care for the sick! As someone who works in health care Im sickened by this store! The company needs to look into Kerry because I know I can't be the only one having a major issue with her and how she speaks to people. If you don't want to do your job as a pharmacist or technician than get a new job!

Efficient, knowledgeable, and helpful to answer questions if needed. I recommend Giant Eagle Pharmacy. I have used them for my family’s prescriptions for many years.

Call to refill prescription but they already had it ready to pick it up.

They are surprisingly slow to handle a simple phone-in prescription. I don't know what it is precisely about their process, but I transferred my prescriptions to Rite Aid and haven't been happier.nnThey do have a drive-through for pickup, which is convenient, but still slow.
