You cannot reach your local post office by phone. You get into a loop of various menus where your response can sometimes be spoken and other times must be on the keypad.
I recently moved into a new house and this was the first time I went to my new post office to retrieve my email.nA young gentleman with the beard was very kind with me. He fetched all my mail and handed it over to me.nAs soon as a mailbox will be installed in my community, I will start getting my mail delivered. I hope this service will be as good as the previous.nI will post a new comment to let you know soon.
The hours online are wrong. You have to go into the post office to actually see the real hours (makes sense, right?). If you get there before they officially close, they will still be closed. And they will be incredibly rude about it.
One of the worst post offices . Wrong mail Everyday. 9/10 our mail always goes to wrong house. Lucky for us we have responsible neighbors that do there job for them. And thanks for not always shutting the box all the way. Important mail gets destroyed from rain or found on road or given to us like I said by our neighbors. . I would give them no stars if i could. Want to know if your hiring. Cause at most jobs you would be gone usually that day. Keep up the great work.
Terrible post office! We moved here in Aug 2017 from Shaler. We NEVER had problems in Shaler. In Gibsonia we get other neighbor's packages constantly. In addition, the mail is sooo much slower. They also put packages that are tok big for the mailbox in and just leave the door open ON RAINY DAYS!!
