This store is simply the best! They are always walking around helping customers with problem solving for home projects as well as offering in depth expertise on all of their products. Their selection of Stihl, Weber, Toro and Yeti are fantastic. All of the employees are always in good moods and willing to help! Support this small business!!!
The 2 Hillman aisles are the best hardware aisles in the North Hills. You can buy individual bolts, screws, etc., and there are many different sizes/styles that even the big box stores don't carry. It's nuts (old man pun intended).
Garden section doesn't have many plants, we were expecting a lot more. They did have a lot of soil, though, so that was helpful. We also picked up some items in the plumbing section and the plumbing section had a lot of variety and was pretty affordable. Staff was nice. Everyone in the store had a mask on and was making good efforts to distance. Nice place but disappointing gardening section.
The store is well maintained and the non teenaged staff have been helpfull. The outdoor garden area always seems disorganized and cluttered so I go elsewhere for those products. There are also a lot of other household items available for sprucing up a home. A smaller store is so much easier to get in and out of than the big box stores!
I came to Hampton Do It Best the first time a few weeks ago, and I was beyond blown away by the customer service. Today was no different. Every one was so incredibly helpful! Going above and beyond. Great Job!!
