I don't know who does the hiring but they do a great job. Always great customer service.
My Mother and I came in to get new phones and change service. The two people that greeted us were extremely friendly and answered all our initial questions. Lindsay then helped us set everything up. I was so impressed and appreciative how patient and informative she was; especially with my Mom. It's not often one finds a representative that genuinely takes the time to make sure everything is good to go and offers assistance if any future issues arrive. 5 stars for sure!
I want to thank the wonderful staff of the TMobile store on McKnight Road for activating my new iphone. When my previous iphone was lost I had to buy a new phone. After the Edgewood Town Center T Mobile store forgot to activate my phone I went to the Apple Store at Ross Park Mall. When we determined my phone was not activated I went to the McKnight Road T Mobile Store they quickly activated my phone and everything worked great. Thanks Again for all of your help!!
