I currently have Sprint, which I hate, however since they merged with T mobile this year, I have had to take my phone there with some issues I've been having. I can't remember his name (he had a long black beard), but the guy who helped me was phenomenal. He spent 1+ hour trying to get a new SIM card activated for me. Sprint makes it very difficult, and despite not being fluent in their system, he tried for about an hour to figure it out. Eventually he got everything set up, even going past the malls closing to help me, which I appreciated. This store has great employees and quality customer service. Thank you for your help!

I stopped into the store last Thursday with a new iphone 11 that I had just purchased upstairs at the iphone store. Tad was there and did a great job of explaining the different plans that T mobile offered, and then helped me port over my old ATT serviced iphone 7 to the new iphone 11 now using Tmobile. He knew the exact steps for that whole process and carried it out incredibly efficiently.nnAlso, he was able to transfer my phone data from the old iphone to the new one, in about 20 mins or so. During that time he was very friendly to speak with. I couldn't have been happier that he was able to assist me with the data transfer on the spot!nnTad is a tremendous asset to your business there, great job again!

Absolutely fantastic. If you're looking to switch, make sure to see Nate at Ross Park Mall T-Mobile. He looks out for the customer the way people should.

Awful experience. Associate that dealt with me was unaware of the basic plans and the differences between each. Furthermore, he claimed that a certain plan was unavailable, until I pressed him to look in his literature. Avoid at all costs and go to the other store on McKnight Road.

My husband had T-Mobile for years and we finally decided to have the same carrier under one plan. We changed our plan together at the T-Mobile Ross Park store. Now we were told that our bill would be a specific amount per month by a specific T-Mobile representative in the store. When we received the bill it is more than double with other fees. I told my husband that the bill was not correct and when we were in the store we were given a specific amount of what the bill would be each month.nMy husband returned to the store to speak with the person who sold us the phone and plan. My husband asked for assistance on understanding the charges and fees on the bill as they were not communicated to us during the initial sell. The T-Mobile Representative was 100% RUDE, RACIST, and confrontational; he actually told me husband to get the F**K out of his store. All my husband did was ask for help on understanding the bill and the charges and the guy said, you don't understand, and I cannot help you. The T-Mobile Representative was very sarcastic with my husband and had no interest on helping resolve the problem. The Sales Representative Number (last three digits) XXXX - 100.
