Chris did an outstanding job , i came in just to look and he sold me a new iphone . he made it easy and comfortable to spend 1200 dollars on a phone and accerories ! im telling you he he is a great access to your company and customers that visit this location ! His knowledge is unlimited in all your devices, bill and concerns ! I rate my experience at 120% enjoyable and satisfied definitely will be visting this location again , promote that guy trust me !

A huge THANK YOU to Chris Arthur at this Verizon store inside Ross Park Mall...nnHe helped me resolve an issue I had with my iPhone & Apple Watch.nnI was recently given a couple gifts from one of my brothers...He upgraded my phone to a SE a few months ago and just a few days ago he purchased an Apple Watch for me.nnI wasn't able to get connected to cellular data on my watch...and my phone was not functioning properly...nNo matter what I tried it wouldn't work, so I headed to the Apple Store inside Ross Park Mall...I got in line outside of the store to give them my name & see if they could troubleshoot the issue...The lady told me that they aren't scheduling appts (ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0fcovid) but there were about 20 people inside the store...so Apple couldn't help me but they sure could help the people inside make purchasesud83dude21she said she could take my info and have someone call me...this was after I told her I hadn't been able to make/answer calls and that's why I wanted to speak to someone in person...she then said she could set up a chat session, so I did that and I sat for over 30minutes chatting with the representative and nothing was resolved & it was a waste of my time...nnI came across this Verizon location & explained my issue...Chris was able to help me troubleshoot within 5 minutes or so & even explained a few things to me about my Apple Watch...nThe Apple reps I talked to were a little rude, especially the man during the chat session...nnChris was total opposite, he was very pleasant and helpful...I thanked him & asked for his name & for a business card, because I wanted to contact whomever his boss was to let him/her know what a huge help he was...more people need to be like him...thank you again Chris & thank you for the recommendation to speak with Andrew if I need any further assistance, he said Andrew works at the Green Garden Plaza, which is much closer to my house....
