I had just had a bad experience with a sales rep at the location in the Waterworks in the morning so I stopped in to the store at McCandless Crossing and met a nice young man named Zak. I am nervous about upgrading my flip phone to an iphone and had many questions. Zak never pushed me and was very patient as he explained everything to me. I didn't upgrade that day, but I know who I will be going to see when I am ready!
Couldn’t care any less to help me resolve my problems.nnExplicitly asked for no phone insurance on my phone and they charged it to me anyways (after the salesman was begging because he gets a payout for it).nnFast forward 2 weeks, they had said screen protectors were free to replace so I went back in the store (mine cracked) but then I was charged $10.nThen as I’m making conversation regarding my receipt with the unwanted insurance renewal the assistant manager literally walked away from me before I had finished with my questions.nThe manager was a great help though but his staff is unprofessional and give salesman a bad name.
The manager was a great help to me with a problem I had with my tablet. The tablet kept running upon opening up, could not use open apps or even shut it down.nnHe was such a blessing to me and should be considered a great asset to Verizon.
