Charles was great on line team....the store for pick up Charles was a totally different story! I went in to get my new phone and didn't have the pin...he got super demeaning and aggressive will never go back there had to change my delivery route and time consuming! Never felt so uncomfortable about spending money for a service! Disrespectful and had so many more questions....never again Verizon!
Bradley is the man! Plain and simple. Went in to get a new phone and transfer all my stuff. He was helpful, resourceful, and most importantly friendly. Best Verizon store experience to date and I don’t usually write reviews so this says a lot. Give this man a round of applause!

My experience in the store was pleasant. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and informative. I came in with. Broken phone and had a new one ordered quickly and it came in the next day. The same gentleman helped me set my phone up.
Very pleased with my experience. Never had a bad one at this location. Recently stopped in to have my SIM card switched to my new iPhone. Jeremy and Walt were the Verizon representatives working that day. Jeremy was very helpful and knowledgeable. Both Jeremy and Walt were courteous and very friendly. I would highly recommend this location.
