I was not at Careerlink. I was at Don services. They provide attendent care to disabled persons and the elderly. Lots of great people work there. I really enjoy working there.

I recently became unemployed and registered with Careerlink. After some miscommunication and difficulties, I called the Donora office. They were so helpful. They returned calls, listened to the problem, and genuinely tried to resolve my issue! Zack and Linda were awesome and if I ever need future help; this is the office I'll call!

I guess it serves a purpose for some. I accompanied a friend here but it's very self-directed. No one is there to really help people searching for work. The guy at the front desk couldn't have been less interested. Old computers. However, they do offer resume creation and printing.

The guy Doug that sets at front desk is very unhelpful I missed a class required for uc and Doug clearly stated I couldn’t reschedule there was not another class that I had to wait for unemployment to mail me a letter . Called west Moreland and sure enough there was one I could do and it was within my 30 day requirement from my first scheduled intake not first time he mis informed me and would not help or give any useful information told me there was no way to register for that first uc required class on my phone told me goto library or I had to go to office well I did register on my phone if you have to deal with the donora office make notes of every call and every attempt you make to schedule or register and you talk to Doug because you will need it for your complaint to unemployment Doug will not help you ! The guy Zach is great just gotta get past Doug and I REALY don’t understand why he treats people with no empathy at all like your bothering him he’s there to ward you off he totally made me not want to go into that office I will drive to Youngwood if I can !
