Every time I try to call to talk to someone about medical coverage, no one answers. EVERY STINKING TIME. I've given up and just drive down there and handle everything in person. Why even have a phone line? However, with that said, Ms. G has been wonderful. I would like to give her 5 stars and the office a 1.

They never answer the fricken phone, and when you do get someone they're always super snotty like they're above you. Like, c'mon bro, I just wanna make sure my mom and child have their insurance.

The women were rude, and very unprofessional about their jobs there. If you move to Washington county and need any kind of assistance, I recommend going in directly and talking to a representative.

Terrible and disrespectful and slow they do not do there job I felt very out of place and uneasy when I delt with them.
