Anna-Lisa did an amazing job of listing, promoting, and selling our home. She gave sound advice and suggestions on ways to stage and prepare our home for selling. We received several offers on our home within the first week, and the final selling price was significantly higher than the original list price.nnShe did a wonderful job of communicating with us promptly and professionally through every step of the process. She is very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the community that she serves.nnWe would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling their home!

We really can't say enough good things about Anna-Lisa. She helped us buy our first home, which was very overwhelming, but she helped us through the whole process, and was there every step of the way. We were new to the state of Washington, so we didn't really know the area well-- we just knew that we wanted a horse property. Anna-Lisa helped us narrow our search and gave us excellent advice about which properties to pursue. Once our house popped up in our price range, Anna-Lisa helped us make a move quickly and get an offer in. She is incredibly responsive, and very knowledgeable about the Western Washington housing market. She was incredibly good at researching and digging up information about the house. She is also a very good listener and we really felt like she understood our needs and did an excellent job of representing us throughout the entire buying process. When our parents were in town, she came all the way from Olympia (our house is in Kitsap Co.) to let us in so we could do another tour with them. Her advice during the negotiation process was SPOT ON, and we are so happy that we had her on our side. Plus, she is a very friendly and lovely person, and we really enjoyed working with her. If you are looking for some one to represent you either buying or selling a house, we highly recommend Anna-Lisa.

Anna-Lisa is truly an amazing realtor. Despite the ever-changing rules during the pandemic crisis, her experience and instincts enabled us to receive multiple offers within 36 hours, and sell our home for over the original asking price. She personally walked us through every step, and her excellent communication was immensely reassuring. Anna-Lisa is the best!

Ms. Schorn was very helpful in helping us buy our house. We had to do a majority of paperwork through emails and mail because my husband was working in another state.nnShe explained the process and would answer any questions that we had. She made sure everything was on and working before we arrived and met us at our house to give us our keys on a very, very cold morning.nnIf we ever have to sell our house or buy another I would definitely work with her again!nnThe Bakers
