As both a tenant and employee, I enjoy prime. The staff are incredibly kind and caring. They go above and beyond for their employees, as well as taking care of tenants and owner needs in a timely manner. Just a great group of people!

This company requires that their workers write 5 star review to keep their ratings up. Truth is they take advantage of people in hard times. They buy up property’s preform small mediocre renovations and then they increase the rent. If you value your own privacy this rental company is not for you.

Ashlee is amazing! She has great customer service and was super helpful and knowledgeable about the properties and any questions I may have had. She goes above and beyond to make sure she can provide the most assistance. I’m so glad she was there to help me out

Amazing customer service. Ashlee Stiles is knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. Always willing to answer any questions you might have, and if she for some reason doesn't have the answer, she will go above and beyond to find it. Very quick with a response. Definitely recommend.

Jennifer was a delight when I called Olympia Crest Apartments and asked for information about the property. She took time to answer all my questions. Trust me there were a lot as I don't know the area...lol. When I move to the area I will be rent from her!
