ATI Physical Therapy

Staff is friendly and great! They are very professional. Location is great as well. Frustrated that they are playing musical chairs with their Therapists and constantly moving them with in their clinics in the area. And their call center is a pain as a pt that was here before the call center it was more personable to call and they know you. Every time I have called the call center has had to transfer me to the clinic any way for answers, so what is the point of the call center?

I should have made this review a over a year ago... But better late than never. I had the worrrrrrst pelvic pain during my pregnancy. My PTA was so wonderful. She gave me so many options on things to do at home and never went too hard on me. When I walked in and she could tell I was in too much pain she would take me to the back room and have me relax and get me to meditate and help me through it. She was always cautious when giving me a light massage as to not send me into labor, even though I would have loved to! I feel even though it didn't take all the pain away I feel like it did help, and taught me ways to help with the pain and it also taught me techniques to deal with labor calmly...well as calmly as possible. Everyone always said hi and knew my name and I appreciated that. Thank you.

Everyone is friendly. I’ve had several questions & they’re always answered to my satisfaction. I enjoy having my exercises printed out for me & my therapist always makes sure to go over them with me so I‘m sure of what I’m doing when I get home.

The staff at ATI were helpful in my healing, however, a mistake made at the local office I received therapy at, created an issue with billing (they charged out of network, when it was in Network). I asked for a detail billing and have been in a loop similar to Comcast customer service. I called the local office but they stated their billing is separate, so could not help me. I would not recommend ATI as if there are any issues with billing, I will go elsewhere for my therapy needs.
