A peice of furniture was held for me till Friday by Debbie she even had my name on the peice, she stated someone called but we have an answering machine plus it would of showed up on our TV I think she was not honest with me
Got a nice recliner and the staff was cool
My wife and I enjoyed the experience at Saxony House in Sarver,they have a great selection with various manufacturers and several models within each. Our salesman,Austin,was great ; no pressure, he allowed us time to browse without continually asking if we were ready to buy...as I experienced at other stores.My wife and I already knew what style recliner we were seeking and sure didn't need someone pushing other styles.We bought two recliners at a good price.Thanks Austin and Saxony House.
I called ahead with what I was looking for, and was told they had plenty of selection in catalogs, only to be told once I got there that he couldn't find what I wanted. Wasted trip with dishonesty.
We were starting our look for furniture as a later purchase. Austin was the salesman who we dealt with he was very knowledgeable he gave us our space and checked in with us a few times which was appropriate in my opinion. The selection and price points varied. We were given the website information to research our favorites more. All in all a good experience.
