I used to visit larger chain pharmacies. I started going to Wilson’s a few years ago and the customer service is 10X better. They know my name, they know my scripts. They’re reasonable and friendly. I have never had the issues I have had with big chain pharmacists (failing to fill scripts from their telephone automated system, high employee turnover, rudeness, long lines etc.). Great pharmacy.

The staff at this Pharmacy are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Always extremely helpful and have gone to great lengths for me. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Up until a week ago, I would've easily handed Wilson's a 5-star review. I've been loyally going here for a year and thought it was a godsend. Everyone is helpful, your prescriptions are filled crazy fast, and they actually listen to you and care about you.nnWell, all of that has since changed because the particular generic brand of medication I take has just gone up in price and last week they announced to me I'm to pay the difference.nnThis feels so wrong and so unethical to me. My insurance is supposed to cover this and I'm supposed to have a co-pay of $4 MAX. At first I thought it was my insurance that was no longer going to cover this prescription, but it turns out Wilson's doesn't want to eat the $26 cost despite the fact I get 3-4 other prescriptions here.nnI was so happy to have been with a local company, but I've been forced to take my business over to Rite Aid who happily filled my prescription for me and I don't have to pay extra.nnI'm kind of sad about this because I genuinely loved going to Wilson's, especially chatting with Lizzy, but I guess their bottom line is more important than their customers.
