We worked with designer Matthew to refurnish a small den in our Usonian home. He came to our house for an initial consultation and promptly followed up with a variety of online recommendations for us to review. We then met at the store and finalized our selections. The showroom has a large selection of sofas, chairs and accessoriesnalong with fabric, leather, wood and metal samples to help make your selections truly unique.
Went to Perlora intending to use their design services for a living room re-do. Mathew, one of their designers, came to my place, took photos, measured and then met me at the store to go over ideas. It has been a great experience and I am delighted with the great service, great selection and great ideas.
Ok, there’s a pandemic, I get it!!!! I ordered a “stressless chair” custom made in Norway, the norm in purchasing one at this store. On Jun 20 I was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get it.!! 7 weeks ago, when I called the store for a status I was told 10 to 12, Sept 12ish. Today, week 12, I was told it is in New Jersey and it will take 3 (three) weeks to get here!!!! I’m not stressless over this!
Matt has been very nice and helpful advising us with our new sectional we purchased on Perlora, from the Southside location. Easy and fast communication. We love our new couch, the leather is beautiful! Thank you!
Gabbi is a wonderful salesperson. She was very helpful and informative. She offered help without being too intrusive.
