My dad and I went in together to upgrade our phones. Chelsea helped us and was incredible from start to finish. My dad was hesitant about upgrading, but Chelsea helped him pick a phone that met his needs - AND he end up paying less per month for his plan after upgrading. Definitely a pleasant surprise for him! Before we left she made sure we knew how to use the new phones and helped us get them linked with our watches too. Really great service :)
I came into this Verizon store late November the 23, looking for a iPhone 12 pro Max. I knew they were hard to find and I was switching from a phone I just got with T-Mobile. So I needed information that was well and clear before I made any Decisions. Tait was the sale associate who was extremely friendly to me. Explaining in well detail all the information I needed before making my purchase of my new iphone. He also value my time! Being very relatable to talk to. We talk about normal stuff making me feel less like a normal customer but more like a good friend; that’s great service! Thank you Tait S!
The young woman who helped me change my service was fantasic despite being bombarded with multiple phone calls and other customers coming in the store. She was knowledgeable, friendly, competent and polite. I believe her name was Chelsea. Verizon should promote her to a position where she trains all the service reps. With service like that they'd never lose any business.
Store is easy to locate & plenty of on street parking. Staff was awesome- attentive, welcoming, and knowledgeable. They are able to take care of your FIOS and cellular needs. The store itself is very clean.
Had a great experience the other day with Chelsea! She gave me a variety of phone options and I am very happy with my purchase. Definitely recommend her and this location.
