We have been with this credit union for more than 25 years. Great loan rates, good account options for no or low fee plus interest on savings and checking based on a minimum balance.nThe staff is always friendly and helpful.nnThey participate in shared branch access with other credit unions, so that we can access our accounts from 3 different credit unions at one location.
Nothing but the best service at the branches in Anchorage and Olympia and on the phone! Hands down the best bank we have ever banked with.
We've had nothing but great experiences. It's surprising to see that they're open 7 days a week. Very few of the branches in Anchorage are open on Sunday. We're super glad to have the one branch here in Olympia. The staff was very professional in helping us buy a vehicle off Craigslist with cash one day.
Friendly staff. Been money'ing (not a bank) with this credit union for years. I like it because it just works.
Web site is a disaster. You can't pay from another institution's account unless you first transfer funds from that one to your Alaska account. How stupid is that? Had $$ transferred twice when I set only one transfer! Jeez - get into this century and make it easy for loan customers to use your site! Horrible experience.
