Been waiting out front for a while, there’s a “be right back” sign on the door with their phone number on it so I tried calling but it sounded like they picked up and immediately hung up. Guess they’re at lunch? Not a great way to treat customers. I’ve gotten a watch battery replaced here before and it was a slightly weird experience, now I see that it’s just a bad place. Won’t be returning with the two watches I wanted to get fixed this time.

I walked in with a 10 gram 22K chain and walked out with an 8 gram 22K chain. Charged me $55 for a repair too. If you want to get a repair here make sure you weigh your piece first and stay the whole time.

I would give 0 for quality of service to a reputable customer in the backend of their business - your getting ripped off pls come with own reputable jeweler when purchasing items here
