I am new to Ben Kerby's office. I switched after a negative experience with another State Farm agent. I can say that Samantha Syphus has been amazing to work with. She helped to resolve some of the issues from my former agent and things are smooth again. I would highly recommend Ben Kerby's office to anyone looking for good, quality and helpful service.
No matter what is going on, from policy changes to accidents, Ben's team is on it! Samantha has been a joy to work with over the past 2 years after my initial contact moving to the area. She helped facilitate a move from out of state with changing car insurance, securing renters insurance and validating it with my apartment community, and was there (like a good neighbor) after a car accident.
