Char and her staff are knowledgeable about insurance and the other services available to State Farm customers. I was never offered anything other than insurance through my former agent. I had no idea what I was missing out on.nnChar discussed with me the different types of coverage available for my vehicles as well as my home. I felt like it mattered what would work best for me and I was getting the level of coverage that I needed.
