McKinney's Appliance Center

After comparing prices at Lowe's and Home Depot I saw that McKinney's had the best price for the range we needed. I called and spoke with Mike. I told him what we were looking for and he told me they had the type we wanted. He explained the delivery and was really awesome because they added a cord at no additional cost. We weren't too picky about the delivery date and the cost for delivery was less than the other stores I researched.nWhen they dropped off the range we recieved a courtesy call about 20 minutes ahead of time. The delivery people had masks on and took great care with bringing the range in our house and removing the old one. This place has great appliances with knowledgeable staff and great prices. Last summer we bought a refrigerator there. We checked around and they best chain retailer prices on the exact model. It was delivered pre-cooled so it was ready for immediate use. Let's see the big retailers match that! Today we bought a new washer and dryer (our house is at the age where all the major appliances are going bad). We left there after deciding to buy it there no matter what to support small business. Went to a big retailer to buy groceries and found the exact model for $27 more! Don't pass this place by thinking they can't compete because they're local. They compete very well and we think they have better service.

They got me a new fridge replacing mine that died over the weekend. They followed up to make sure I was pleased, after delivery of the new fridge.They are a quality, customer oriented, company. I will not hesitate contacting them again when a need arises.

I can't say enough positive things about McKinney's. They truly know their appliances. They listen to your needs/wants and sell you something that meets those needs. We've never been up-sold something that was more expensive than what we wanted. The quality is far better than what you get from a box store. Very professional and helpful employees.

I went to buy a fridge and get it delivered. They told me it would be 2 weeks Bexar of Covid-19. When I explained that my fridge had stopped cooling they figured out how to get a fridge to my house the next day. They were very kind and helpful.
