My Scout troop meets here weekly. They have a beautiful chapel with a large balcony (I would recommend it for weddings and ceremonies). They also have a large 50-100 person seating area with a professional kitchen in the basement available for rent. The Rev is very nice. The place is well maintained and clean.

I've met several people who work here mostly in the childcare which I highly recommend. My friends kids go here for preschool and they have a drop-in morning so parents can go out and do errands and get stuff done without their kids in tow and they have lightly themed summer camps which are also really nice. The people who work here are both professional and very easy to work with and communicate with and just get it and understand stuff and are able to see what needs to be done and do it. I'm very impressed.

Second UP has been my home church for the past 4 years and the congregation is very welcoming and helpful to the whole community! The park nearby is open to the public and maintained by the church itself. There is a very popular food pantry every month, and a garden for fresh vegetables for the pantry goers in the summer. The building itself has rooms available for personal event rentals and preschool and children's programs throughout the year. Come join us on Sundays! Free sno cones on Thursdays in the park during the summer months!
