I didn't actually go into the store however; the sales associate was very kind to take my entire order over the phone. The assiciate was very knowledgeable about the product and gave very good amd detailed instructions.
I was there with a friend to get his remote replaced. They didn't have one in stock but the clerk gave him the information to get in touch with the people who could replace it for him. Very cheerful attitude and was happy we were in that morning. If I were buying a new bed, I would definitely be back in.
The staff was knowledgeable, helpful and very patient while we tried out every option. Would recommend this store to anyone looking for a great bed.
The salesman was everything you would hope from a salesman. He was professional, but friendly. He was knowledgable, yet not arrogant. He was extremely helpful and honest. I really wish more stores would have employees like this!
