Amazing company. Called COURT as I had an infestation which was exasperating; I attempted to eradicate for a month with all types of pesticides. The woman whom answered the phone from the onset set the tone for the professionalism, I was about to experience. I emailed photos of the pests. Before long her office had a preliminary diagnosis of the rare bug. They fit me in their schedule, and soon a technician arrived. He confirmed their office diagnosis from the preliminary call. He then worked diligently to find the nest. After hours he came across the location. Thereafter, he treated my entire home. For about 5-6 days some of those bugs kept reappearing, but so much more sparsely. A week later there were no more signs. Now, after two or so months that one visit irradiated the the problem 100%. The entire ordeal cost less than $200. I highly recommend this company. Professionalism, price more than fair, thorough inspection, brilliant diagnosis, extremely polite, and extraordinarily meticulous in cleanliness as they inspected, and in finality successfully treated, and eradicated the annoying infestation.
I had a bat get in the house and make it's way into my daughter's room which is on the third floor (attic). I called the same day and they had Doug out to my house within and hour. He was extremely professional and very informative. He was able to locate the bat and remove it. He explained entry points and showed me where and how it got in. I will be taking precautions so this does not happen again and I will be using Court to do the work! My daughter and I thank you a million times!
My husband and I working on our property yesterday and we found what we thought were termites. We called Court Pest Control the next morning and Doug Reilly met with us within the hour. We were pleasantly surprised that it was not termites and we didn't require treatment. Doug was extremely professional and pleasant and after asking how much we owed him for his expertise we were further surprised that there was no fee, We would highly recommend their service!
I have been working with this company for a year and just renewed our contract. Cory is an absolute GEM and treats my property as his own. He has also been prompt in addressing any issues when I have called. It is nice having the same techician to establish a working relationship with.
I'm not even sure where to begin - This company is truly amazing! When calling in with my termite issue, it was so refreshing to get a live person immediately without having to jump through hoops for someone to assist you. The friendly voice on the other line listened to everything I had to say without cutting me short and got me on the schedule immediately. During the inspection, I was grateful for the time taken to explain the severity of my termite issue at that point, how the process of infestation comes to be , and what my options were. I never felt once that my appointment was rushed through or that what I had to discuss wasn't important to the technician. The genuine care put my mind at ease and I knew that I was in good hands! I was scheduled almost immediately for my service which to no surprise was done professionally and any additional questions I had were answered very thoroughly. A follow up call was even placed to me which was the icing on the cake! This company exudes customer service, is honest and trustworthy, has extremely fair pricing and the skill/professionalism far exceeds any other company. They get the job done right! So if you're still reading this, save yourself a lot of time and just call Court for any pest control needs! I know I won't be using anyone else.
