Vendor review for those in search of an EXCELLENT local stationer! Gina Florez of Paper Chaser in Mt. Lebanon has been an absolute godsend during this crazy covid planning! Back in June, I had her put our beautiful invitations to print ....Within not even a week, the plans outlined in those invitations fell through due to covid. Gina was so reassuring regarding options for our big vow renewal next year - she offered give us a 50% off discount and waive the custom plate fee if we opt to reprint any of our original materials with correct dates next year. She also suggested that we may be able to work with a lot of the materials we have and find ways to adjust the dates to reflect the vow renewal details for next summer.nnShortly after everything hit the fan with our original plans, we figured out a new venue for our small September wedding. I knew I wanted my day to still include as many traditional details as possible and reached out to Gina to see if she could possibly work with me to develop a new invitation for the small wedding along with ceremony programs. Being so burnt out from having to scramble to change so much within a short amount of time for the wedding, I honestly did not have the energy to figure out what I wanted exactly for our smallnwedding invites. That being said, Gina came up with beautiful options that incorporated sketches of the city of Pittsburgh, which fit our small wedding venue perfectly. She worked efficiently to make a beautiful mini invitation suite that exceeded all of my expectations. Similarly, she went above and beyond to design beautiful ceremony programs that also included a sketch of the city (different from the sketch used in the invitations.) I just picked up my small wedding invitations today and can’t wait to pick up the ceremony programs as well! She pulled all of this together within the span of just a few short weeks!nnGina also has been beyond amazing to go above and beyond to make this whole process stress free. I was ready to settle up on a few add-ons for our original large wedding invitations that we had added in the final weeks before we sent them to print, but she kindly said that we could wait to see what all else we add /change to those invitations before our vow renewal next July. I was truly shocked, touched, and humbled by this offer. With lots of extra payments popping up to make our small wedding happen, it was so nice and unexpected to be able to just focus on taking care of the invitation and ceremony program materials for the small September wedding for now.nnI am looking forward to continuing to work with Gina and cannot recommend her and her work highly enough! She does beautiful venue sketches and other custom work, plus she truly cares about her clients!
