Jim provides excellent service. I was able to quickly get a price quote and book the job via google messaging. He is fast, friendly, professional. He showed up on time and got the couch clean quickly. Woven Rug Gallery was one of the more reasonable quotes I received. Highly recommended!

The Woven Rug Gallery is the place to go for anything rug related especially when it comes to cleaning and repair. Farhad and the Woven Rug Gallery crew have always exceeded our expectations. We would rate his services as the best within the Pittsburgh, Ohio and West Virginia areas. Our rugs have been in severe states of disrepair (pet damage, moth damage, mold/mildew, sun fading, missing threads) and yet they come out looking brand new with vibrancy. The quality of their work is enough to have us travel from out of the state to bring our rugs to them. Additionally, Farhad’s knowledge of the history surrounding each rug is unsurpassed. We will continue to use their services if the rugs are in our possession and would encourage you to do so as well.

I purchased a beautiful rug from here recently and was pleased with everything about it. A month after i got the rug I spilled coffee on it. Took it back to the Woven Rug Gallery and they made it look brand new with the excellent cleaning they do there. The owner and people working here were very friendly. And the owner himself is very knowledgeable about rugs he is selling. Would not go anywhere else but here for a rug or a rug cleaning.

Purchased a beautiful oriental silk rug from Farhad. He understood what it was we were looking for and had a perfect rug that matched our expectations. Farhad is pleasant and was great to work with. So glad my wife and I found him. Would recommend anyone looking for an Asian rug to visit him. He won't disappoint.
