Paul was absolutely amazing to work with. My wedding band is exactly what I was looking for and he put so much attention to detail in making a band that would complement my engagement ring so well. As great as my band was, the best part of our collaboration with Paul was my husband's band. Paul helped us combine the gold from my husband's father's and grandfather's wedding bands to create a custom band that is stunning. He guided us through the process and even let my husband help with the casting of the ring. Such an incredible experience that made our wedding bands even more special. Highly, highly recommend Paul. His work should speak for itself, but he's also incredibly friendly and easy to get along with.

There should be more than five stars for Paul Michael Designs! I had the most amazing visit earlier this month. Paul provided me with an incredibly thorough and detailed appraisal of my mother’s ring for insurance purposes. He anticipated everything that the insurance company would need in the event that I’d need to make a claim. And his jewelry was so beautiful, I had to treat myself to a pair of earrings, too! His store is highly recommended.

We purchased earrings for my daughter and Paul Bierker and his team did an amazing job of finding beautiful one carat clear/white diamond earrings. They were very accommodating to put screw backs on the earrings and ship them to her for her birthday present. She was very happy to receive the earrings and is already wearing them. we know we got an amazing price as well as quality product. Very disappointed with the customer service here... after reading so many great reviews I was really excited about working with Michael, however he continually blew me off and never delivered on commitments he made to me. Maybe he was busy or maybe he didn’t care about my business but I ended up going with Henne who who was much better to deal with and much friendlier than Michael. To be fair, this is not a review of his work but his customer service which was some of the most disappointing I’ve ever dealt with
