Stacey and her staff are excellent. Stacey was extremely personable, made us feel at ease, and is very knowledgeable. At our scheduled appointment, she had several diamonds ready to show us in our size, cut, and price range. She also took the time to show and explain the differences in detail between each stone. The ring was set and ready for pick up in a very reasonable time frame. The entire process from start to finish was pleasant and very stress free. I would strongly recommend Stacey and Brooks Diamonds to everyone.

I would recommend Brooks Diamonds to anyone in the market for an engagement ring or other piece of fine jewelry. I was referred to Stacy at Brooks Diamonds by my brother - who also had a tremendous experience here. Stacy and her entire staff are extremely professional, yet also personable to make the experience enjoyable throughout. Stacy showed me countless options within my budget, and I never once felt pressured to go outside my price range. My fiance could also not be happier with the ring - which is the only opinion that really matters!

Brooks Diamonds did everything that they possibly could to make my experience as seamless as possible. All I had to do was send an image of something similar to what I wanted and they took care of the rest and had many options waiting for me when I had an appointment. Once I had picked everything I was kept in the loop through the whole process until the ring was available and it came out perfectly! Top of the line customer service. I would recommend Brooks to anyone.

My fiance proposed to me with a beautiful vintage heirloom ring set. Both bands needed to be resized. I went to a few jewelry stores to get pricing and was turned away because of the rings intricate design. I was asking friends who they would recommend and someone mentioned Brooks. I called and the customer service over the phone was fantastic. I went to drop off the ring and get it sized. I expected to be turned away again but the consult was quick and painless. My ring was ready in a week and for a low price. It fits perfectly and they did a great job cleaning it. You can't beat years of experience and expertise this place has. I recommend them to everyone.
