Amazing customer service!! These candles make your home smell like a Fall dream! I ordered the 3 wick Velvet Pumpkin candle and it makes our entire tri-level home smell heavenly.nnI did have an issue with one of the wicks and e-mailed Kelli on a Saturday afternoon. Received a response within 15 minutes with suggestions on how to fix it. When the issue was not fixed after her suggestions she quickly resolved the problem and offered a replacement. I am so impressed with her quick responses and kindness. Will definitely be ordering all my candles from Kanda from now on.nnThank you Kelli!
These Candles are amazing!!!! The quality is so good and you can tell the owner spends a great time making these candles smell amazing. She is so friendly and always gets back to you In a timely matter. Also the shipping is very fast. I will not order candles from anyone other than her.
Best candles EVER!!!
Very disappointed! I ordered one of the large 3 wick candles, wouldn't stay lit for longer than 15 minutes and constantly having to dig out the wax. When I emailed her she didn't seem that concerned, probably because I'm not a influencer on Instagram and don't have thousands of followers. I would compare the quality of this candle and the customer service to Wal-Mart.
