Today Dec 18th at 8am a accident on the parkway west 3 cars 2 totaled. Call 911 and they will not send an ambulance. Back window smashed glass everywhere plus you hang up. How can a person sitting at a desk determine if someone is seriously hurt. You should be fired immediately.

Really effective and fast working group of dispatchers when calling in urgent and non-urgent problems. We are thankful to have such good group in Allegheny County.
