Our sincere thanks to the Moon Township Rusmar Floors for their extremely generous donation of carpet squares for the students at our local school to help with social distancing. The staff and management were all so helpful. Our family has purchased rugs from them a number of times in the past and have always been appreciative of their level of commitment to their customers, the quality of their flooring, and the cleanliness of the store.

I have purchased two rugs from Rusmur Floors for my church over the last year. Both rugs were absolutely beautiful and of very good quality. The manager was very helpful in assisting me in the selection of rugs that fit my church’s needs and budget. Highly recommend this location.
I ordered a Nourison area rug via Rusmur Floors. When it was delivered directly from Nourison, the rug/colors did not match the on-line description/ pictures. When I went to Rusmur to ask for help to resolve this matter, they provided great customer service. Kristin worked with Nourison (NYC) to obtain the rug I wanted. She was able to resolve this in a timely manner, despite the extra business challanges in NYC due to the coronavirus.
