Jeremiah and Ryan were very professional and thorough. They took their time with cleaning the air ducts, while explaining in detail what they were doing and allowing me to watch at the same time. They went above and beyond by going the extra mile with checking my dryer vent too.nnI have already recommended them to my neighbors and the neighborhood office. I highly recommend them!nnPaul was also extremely helpful, knowledgeable and made me feel like a person by his show of concern.nnWhat a great company and team!

Bactronix treated our attic back in January. Tech was excellent, sorry I don't remember his name though. Very efficient and went above and beyond! Had to have another issue looked at last week due to us selling our house. Bill came out and did a very thorough inspection. He is very knowledgeable and a great guy to work with. Explained everything he was doing and left us feeling very comfortable with the condition of our property. Would strongly recommend their service.

We are extremely pleased with the fantastic cleaning job that Jeremiah and Ryan did for us today. They were right on time (even a few minutes early) and worked diligently to get the job done. They were kind and professional as well. Also, I was very impressed with my interaction with Paul Wyble on the scheduling end. I understood that the schedule was very busy, but when I communicated to Paul that our whole family had gotten sick when we turned on the furnace this year (we had just moved into our house this past year), he went above and beyond to maneuver the schedule to get us in sooner. We are so grateful and appreciative that he showed concern for the health of my children and myself and took action to help us. So THANK YOU to Bactronix for the impressive job all the way around.nnAlso, just want to add, when we moved into our house, there was an “animal” smell underlying (like the kind of smell in a house that has a lot of cats or dogs). We had the carpets cleaned and the entire house cleaned when we first moved in, but I could always detect the slightest remnants of the animal smell (esp when first coming in the door from outside). Well, literally 30 minutes after the Bactronix team completed the job, I went outside and when I came back in, it struck me that there was NO MORE SMELL! I’m kicking myself that we didn’t do this sooner - I hadn’t thought about it until our furnace guy recommended it. Trust me when I say it’s well worth the money!!!

Thank you for such a professional job. The two technicians spent t4 hours cleaning our vents. When i was shown the before and after photos I was completely amazed. The 8 inch hose that was attached to the truck was instrumental id doing an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company oven any other duct cleaning company Thanks again for a great job.

We needed our furnace ducts cleaned. Contacting Bactronix was easy, & working with Paul was simple. A few quick questions about our requirements, house size/room count & a budget friendly flat fee was given, along w/an emailed proposal & informational literature.nToday, Jeremiah & Mike cleaned the ducts in the house. They were personable, professional, thorough & tidy. The amount of debris, dust & whatnot that was coming through the vacuum pipe was....alot, but best out of our ducts.nTotally satisfied with the experience, and in my opinion - money well spent.
