Archangel Gabriel School offers a faith-based education, high academic standards, small class sizes, and many extracurriculars from coding to bowling. The preschool program prepares children well for elementary school, and eighth graders leave ready for pre-college high school courses of study. Community service and respect for everyone is emphasized.
The AGS community is truly inspiring. Dedicated teachers truly care about the values and education that your child receives and the parents go above and beyond every single day to ensure the school succeeds and grows.
I'm blessed to have my children attend Holy Trinity. Mrs Stevenson, all the teachers and staff have greatly impacted our lives. They succeed academically and spiritually. My children have a greater foundation for a brighter future.
Bullying is completely tolerated. Certain parents have control of the school as well as the principal. They allow/encourage rudeness and bullying. The principal, teachers and parents turn their backs when bullying happens. Academically it is ok and for that reason only, 2 stars were given. If Mrs. Stevenson is replaced, certain children will have a much better chance there. They do have a religion class, but it stops there. Many children and are downright mean.
Fantastic school for K-8 in the North Hills of Pittsburgh. Principal Kim Stevenson as well as other staff who helped with our programs we had at the school were wonderful, highly recommend!!
