Linda was very rude. Could not even get off her phone to wait on me. She ended putting on a cheap ring on my necklace and charged me $20 for a $2 trinket.

The worst place to ever go to buy jewelry they are nothing but a scam artist I am liars The only reason why they are still in business is because they rip everybody off to the fullest don’t go there and tell your friends and family not to go there

They replaced 2 watch batteries and both failed within 6 months. The woman working there tried to refuse replacement under warranty even though she justified the battery's $15 price stating they would be guaranteed. Terrible service. Not going back.

Awful awful AWFUL! I went here to have the battery replaced in my $200 Michael Kors watch & when they were unable to remove one of the screws, they completely stripped it and scratched the backside of the watch. They also tried to charge me $25 to have LINKS put into the watch's band. I went to another jeweler to see if they would be able to clean up SNT's mess & they had to have it sent out to be fixed because it was so gone beyond repair. Do not waste your time here. They are scammers and shouldn't even be in business!
