I was very pleased with the friendliness and customer service of the staff at Kay Jewelers. I was looking for an anniversary ring for my 30th wedding anniversary. I had an idea in mind and worked with William and Alex to get the ring I desired. William gave excellent advice about rings, sizing and quality. They also inspected another ring of mine and recommend that I get it repaired. They shows me the damage on a large screen.nThey were gracious with staying within my budget and needs. They didn’t try to oversell. I would recommend Kay Jewelers and William and Alex to help you with all your jewelry needs!

I've bought a handful of things from here. Always had a pleasant experience. I look at the other surrounding jewelry stores but always end up making a purchase from Kay's.

My fiancé and I came to this location to buy our wedding rings. Soon as we walked in we were racially profiled! We were next to speak to someone about the rings we would like when asked if we were next we said yes after waiting 15 minutes just for the sales lady to ask “are you sure?” Then to turn around and service the Caucasian couple that walked in 10 minutes after us!! Please go to a different location!
