This used to be my 'go to' jewelry store. There were two men who worked here a few years back (Sorry, can't remember their names) who were just AMAZINGLY helpful and sweet. They went above and beyond for me when I lost a diamond from a ring. Now, everytime I walk in, I'm treated like I'm not welcome ( kind of like Julia Roberts in Pretty Women) The group of employees now barely even speak to me, when they do, they are very 'short with me' and miserable . They clearly want me in and out quickly because I just come in to get my jewelry cleaned , with no need to make a purchase.

Really disappointed in their customer service. I will not be going back here... Good luck to all those that do!

Had 2 rings needed resized. Never told me a price to begin with, but didnt think it would be $200 to make rings smaller. Anyways the told me a montb but got an email in 2 weeks rings were ready. Go to pick them up and they did nothing to them. All the guy douche could do was to critize the rings, Saying the rings diamonds werent real. I do have certification they are... Anyways, didnt come for that, came to get them resized. Waste of time, but bright side I can get it done for alot less and treated with respect. Will never buy a thing from Zales!!!

Asked for real opal yesterday end up walking out with a beautiful peace. To look it up online to find out why it was so cheap compared to the rest of the opal to found out it was lab created. They will tell you anything to make you buy from them just be Careful wont ever step foot into a zales again
