I went here to buy my gf a pillow for her bday. Jennifer Pratt was one of the best sales associates I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She was so lovely and informative. A true gem, Jennifer is. Such a wonderful shopping experience. I highly recommend seeing Jennifer for all you sleep needs, big or small. She even helped gift-wrap the pillow for me. Above and beyond her call of duty. The saleswoman that I had the pleasure of working with was Jennifer. She understood that I am a college student working on a small budget using my summer earnings, and she was still able to help me find the perfect mattress for college. She is very well informed about the products, in addition to being personable, understanding, and patient! She listened to the specifications i was looking to stay within, and showed me many different mattresses until I found the one that was perfect for me. I had issues with my bank declining the transaction thinking it was fraudulent, but she remained patient and did not rush me even as I was cutting it close to closing time. Despite me being a large man, she offered her assistance with loading the mattress into my SUV and made it a pain free process. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with her and Levin’s as a total. This is the 2nd mattress I’ve bought from them that I love!
