I visited the store on Monday and Gabe was so helpful and mindful of staying in my budget. She was very informative and not pushy and helped me to find the perfect mattress. After doing some other shopping around I was able to find a price elsewhere that worked a little better for me. I asked about a price match and they agreed. I returned back to the store last night and Justice took care of my transaction. He was so patient and helpful. They are both amazing employees and helped me tremendously. Great experience. Jim Cohen was the sales rep I dealt with. Great guy and very helpful when it came to guiding us through the large selection of beds to choose from. Made the whole process simple and easy.
We had a fantastic experience at Mattress Firm. Our sales associate was extremely helpful and friendly. We had found the perfect mattress and accessories in minutes. We purchased an adjustable bed frame and weighted blanket as well. There was no pressure to buy, just help and answers that led us to the right bed!
Jim is extremely helpful, kind and personable. He took his time and did not pressure us in anyway. I brought my 5 year old daughter in to find her a mattress for her first big girl bed and he was so good to her and even sent her home with a certificate for her first bed! I would highly recommend.
My experience was great, I was able to find a mattress and buy within half an hour and had it delivered two days later and the men delivering were very polite, fast, and careful . I definitely recommend and would buy here again.
