We had a very last-minute, sad event to share with family, and Leon from Runaway Records Productions was incredibly helpful. I called him because of the company's A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, and can absolutely understand why the company has such a high rating. Leon was kind and understanding, taking the time to talk through my family's needs and to set up arrangements for us that were very professionally handled. The quality of the video stream and the subsequent recording were excellent, and we received thanks from family members all around the country. I highly recommend Runaway Records Productions.
