Black mold growing from the kitchen ceiling and they refused to fix it leaking bathroom vent from the roof when it rained they refused to fix it. This was a brand new roof mind you. And I had the smell of RAW SEWAGE in the house but they did temporary fix that. I would not send my worst enemy to live out there. Gunshots sounding off every single night.

Had a horrible experience. Horrible maintenance bad environment bad neighbors violence filth. I guess places like this are what you make it but my 5 year experience wasn't one I'd ever do again. Horrible.

Cockroach stink bugs and mice infested lazy Neighbors don't know how to take the garbage to the damn dumpster leaving dirty diapers and trash outside there door and if they don't get rid of these mices I'm calling the Health Department and I'm filing a lawsuit against them I have a 2 year old daughter has to live in this filthy environment ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20ud83dude20

Cockroach infested. Every apartment is infested. I will call the board of health department. I will follow up with a law suit.
