I recently got a new clopay garage door in a sandtone color. I wanted to match my wood trim to the same sandtone color since it was a Sherwin williams color i was hoping to match it. Karlie was quick to greet me once I entered the store. I didn't have anything to bring to maych it however I told Karlie what I need and she was able to look it up in the system and was able to mix it quickly. Once I started painting over the weekend and it dried the sandtone color was 100% match to the garage door. I was extremely happy with the service and color match. Thank you.

Great customer service finding a previously ordered color from years ago for some touch ups! Effortless in finding the purchased color, even though I couldn't remember it, and offered to have it ready in next 10 min over the phone. Great customer service!

We prefer the Pleasant Hills store. The staff is much more accommodating. We where there the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and Amy took such great care of us. She was super friendly and had a lot of great suggestions for our DIY project. The only feedback we have is that they should have at least 2 people working at the same time. It is time consuming to appropriately help a customer and every time we are there we have to wait a considerable amount of time to be assisted.
