I am “blown away” happy with the customer service and quality work provided through Lexmar! After a long decision to replace my kitchen countertops, Lexmar not only offered me the best price but also provided me with amazing flexibility around my work schedule. Cheryl was outstanding to work with. I can honestly say she was a big reason why I chose this company. When I would email or call her, she would get back to me right away and seemed genuinely interested in meeting my needs. The installers and laborers were professional, on time, and reliable. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I am glad I supported a local business and will be calling them again for my next upcoming project!
I wrote a longer review, comparing our experience with 5 fabricators in Pittsburgh on both Yelp and Angie's list, so I'll keep this one short: Lexmar was by far the best option. Not only was the quality of work very high with extremely reasonable prices, but they are genuinely some of the nicest people I've encountered in the construction industry. I loved the job they did for us (cutting and installing countertops from an unusually complex piece of Quartz), and was thrilled to be able to support the business of such friendly, humble, and talented people. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs an impeccable granite/quartz job done.
Cheryl is the Office Manager of Lexmar. When we had cracked granite around our sink after 2 years of a new installation, Leggett's Kitchens refused to take responsibility. ( We won in court 3 times). At the time, though, we knew we could not leave this cracked granite. Cheryl contacted Dal Tile and we got a perfect match to our tile at a great price. The installation from Lexmar was perfect and now three years later it is perfect. We have a 10 year warranty from Lexmar USA. Cheryl gave great advice throughout the process. The best part is this is how Cheryl and the whole staff treat all their clients. I send everyone I know who want excellent service and great installations of granite.nI highly recommend Lexmar USA! They are the best.
This company is great! We met Cheryl at the showroom for the annual home and garden show. We needed a hearth done and she was quick to tell us she had a remnant available and provided us samples while we were there. She also recommended we come to the shop to see it for ourselves. I emailed/called her many many times and she was exceptionally professional and polite with all of her communications. She was also very quick to respond. Her installers were also tremendous - Jason came twice to measure and had absolutely no problems doing it (over an hour away!). He asked great questions, was willing to work with me on a situation where we needed to do blocking prior to installation. Installation was quick and no hassle. They were in and out and it looks incredible! They did mitered edges (normally installers shy away from this - Jason not only said he'll do it but that he loved accepting challenges. Not something you hear from contractors these days). Overall I'd recommend these guys for anything you need! Great service, exceptional staff, and amazing work!!!!!
An accident in our kitchen left the granite countertop separated at two seams and the sink dropped on one side. Multiple calls to granite stores resulted in no help as most places will only come if they installed the granite. Lexmar was different! Helpful information on the phone, and when the repair technician arrived he diagnosed the issue, was most pleasant, and explained what happened and how it was corrected. Professional and efficient!!
