I bought a dryer here that never worked does not heat up cant use at all was promised a repair went back and forth with the repair man told him someone 18 and older would be at my home . Went back and forth with him for a whe 2 weeks never came to fix it .i did inform i do work bit someone would be waiting on him so his excuse was he couldnt get me on the phone i work i made arrangements for 2weeks to come unfortunately never came to fix it out of $300 i would not recommend them to anyone please do not shop here you will waist your money

We received our refrigerator damaged being that the water / ice maker on the front would not work & the tray on the front for the water was not there. They assured us that they would mail both parts. A couple weeks passed and we had not received either and had not received a phone call. I called and was told that they had the piece for the water / ice but not the tray. They agreed to ship it without offering to have someone come fix this. We did not ask them to send someone to repair this & my husband took on the task himself - although he did not have to. The tray has still not arrived almost two months later. Today we woke up and the refrigerator is cool and but cold and everything was beginning to unthaw. I was told we are out of their 30 day warranty. It has been 55 days (mind you it was been one thing wrong after another) & the best they could offer was for us to take the refrigerator back to them — an hour away - and they would repair and we could pick it up. I have a two year old and one year old who need a refrigerator & food in our household! Do yourself a favor — DO NOT buy from here!!!! Hugggeeee mistake! Save yourself the money ... terrible quality & even worse customer service!

they told my husband when he first went to the store that we would have a 90 day warranty and the price would be $170 and that we would be getting a gas dryer. when he came back with the money they told him it would be a 30 day warranty and $180. when i went down to give them my old dryer they said they didn't want it and that the price for the dryer we were buying was $239 and it wasn't even a gas dryer then tried to offer me a gas dryer they had listed for $169 and said they would give it to me for $160 that wasn't even worth $60 they are a complete rip off and their customer service is horrible i would not recommend to anyone
