We were there approximately a month ago and are STILL waiting for someone to call and schedule an appointment to come and measure our fireplace for gas logs. Unbelievable, and poor professionalism. If they didn't want to come out for an estimate why wouldn't they say so while were at the store speaking to the sales lady.
