Family Tent Rental

We needed a tent last minute for my son’s graduation party. I called the day before and they were here the next Morning. They saved the day!! They were the nicest people and the guys that showed up to set up the tent were awesome. Very friendly and had it up in no time. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend their service.

Fantastic People to work with and great tent. Was put up and taken down exactly as we had been told. Would use them again and recommend them.

I LOVED working with Family Tent Rental! Beginning to end they worked with me to get exactly what I needed (even though I changed my mind 300 times). They were flexible about scheduling and adaptive when small issues arose on site. The crew was efficient, professional, and all together awesome! 5 stars, 10/10, great job!

I contacted this rental company in hopes to obtain a tent, tables, and chairs for my upcoming wedding. I emailed them the following information:nnHello-nnI am inquiring for pricing and availability.nEvent Date: **********nLocation: *******************nEvent Type: WeddingnnThe website doesn’t offer tent pricing, but I am thinking we need a hexagon plus 2?nnTent: Has to house 150+, no more than 175, people. 19 round tables and 150 chairs.nnTables: 19 round - 6ftnnChairs: 150 VIP Folding ($2.00)nnThanks,nnAfter 2 business days, I hadn’t heard anything so I sent a follow-up email. I found the email on their website as a point of contact they offered. I work long hours and any spare time is given to my family, so electronic communication works best for me. I feel 48 hours is a reasonable amount of time for a company to respond. They responded to my follow-up email with:nn“Hello. Where down there were you thinking of putting a hex? We do quite a bit down there and depending on where you are looking to put tents, the hex will not fit.nCharla”nnI work in customer service for a living. I have reached out to 3 other companies successfully. I provided them with the same information. Other companies reached out with options or tried to clarify for more information and go over what we need. Family Tent Rental on the other hand seemed more inclined to tell me that the tent I thought I needed wouldn’t fit and left it at that.nnI am not an expert in tents, I was going off their website information for how many people a tent would hold. Based off that information I made an assumption on a tent that would house the number of guests I had plus tables and chairs.nnI replied to their very forward email. I told them specifically where the tent was intended to go at the venue, and asked if I had any other options. Two additional business days have passed since their reply, and I provided the additional information they requested, and I have not heard anything back.nnAgain, instead of asking for clarity, more information, or giving other options to me, Family Tent Rental chose to tell me my tent wouldn’t fit and went on with their day.nnI would urge others to stray away from their business. Their website claims they’re accredited with the BBB. I’m not sure what the BBB’s standards are but apparently customer service isn’t on the checklist. This isn’t a 1 star rating, it’s a 0. I just don’t have the option to rate them as such.
