I got everything I wanted. That's not so easy these days. The store was in serious disarray today and not very clean.
Haven't been to this location in over a year and it was so nice to see the changes. Nicely organized and the cashier working was really pleasant. She helped me, without hesitation, find the special Chapstick that I was looking for.
Dirty store. So cluttered you cant get through isles.
The Dollar General on Frankstown Rd have VERY nice employees! The person working today, (he )was stocking shelves, helping the cashier when the line got long and helping customers ( including me!)find certain items. I know he doesn't know I was watching and listening but I watched him stop stocking the shelves to help a customer check out. This customer was very rude to him for NO reason. The male employee never lost his temper, even treating the man with respect. Finished ringing him out and started stocking again. I'm not sure of the employee's name but..Dollar general frankstown Rd location!! Pay attention! You have a wonderful employee! Treat him good! Show him this review and let him know someone was watching! And give him a raise! Or at least a paid day off! He deserves it!
A lot better than it used to be lot more organized. The store is much cleaner also. I still believe the store is understaffed not very much help as far as employees go.
