There were two very professional guys that came to my home to replace our old tub. Jimmy S. and Cody M. did an amazing job installing a walk in shower. They finished the whole job very quickly and explained what they were doing and how they were doing it. I highly recommend these guys and West Shore Home company. I am very pleased with the quality of the materials they used to preform this job. I was also impressed with the tools they used, they had everything they needed.

Aaron B & Jake K were the installer and Ben F was/is our sales representative. I love this company. We have had our bathroom and now a very large window installed. Next year we plan on having 2 more windows done. I cannot recommend this company enough. If you are in the South Hills Pittsburgh area reach out to Ben F. He is the best Sales Representative we have ever worked with in any company we have dealt with.

Dom C. and Tim S. were prompt, professional and very efficient. They showed up and got right to work. Both Dom and Tim were very personable and well mannered. My wife and I found the entire process to be very simplistic and comfortable. From Brett's presentation and informative documentation, to the entire installation, West Shore Home is a very professional and efficient organization. Well Done and Thank You for making our Home improved, more comfortable and a little more US.

They are on top of it, we had a call to schedule installation within a week of signing contract. The salesman Tyler was very knowledgeable and professional while doing the free quote and not super pushy. The installers, Fred P. & Justin D. arrived on time and were very polite, friendly and professional. They took get care in laying down heavy duty drop cloths from the front door into the bathroom. They did an excellent job and made sure everything was to our liking and the shelves and grab bars were placed where we wanted them. They did an awesome job cleaning up, even vacuumed his way down the stairs to make sure to get anything that may of missed the drop cloth. I know I would like the new shower/ tub that we picked out, but the finished product is beyond what I imagined!!!

Today we had Aaron B & Jordan W come to install our brand new front door. They both worked through the cold and rain to get the job done. Everything came out flawless. They even had their manager Chris W come to check in and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. This was our second home improvement project done by West Shore(which was also done with perfectly). We would easily recommend them to anyone we know!
